Verification explained
Specific labels, each with a narrow meaning. No single badge implies everything is proven.
- Business identity checked
- An editor confirmed the business operates under this name and official website. It does not assess quality.
- Website checked
- At least one listed claim matched the agency's own website on the review date.
- Business address checked
- A street address is printed on the agency's own website and was matched there. A published address does not by itself show a staffed office.
- Staffed office stated
- The agency's own site says people work from this location, and the statement was matched there.
- Agency representative verified
- A person was verified as authorised to represent this agency through our claim process. A claimed profile is not a quality endorsement.
- Case-study source checked
- The linked case-study page exists and contains the claim as summarised. Results remain agency-reported unless marked corroborated.
- Credential checked
- A credential was found on the agency's page or issuer's directory. Advertising credentials are not proof of organic SEO expertise.
Evidence levels for industries
- Agency states
- The agency's own site says it serves this industry. Not independently corroborated.
- Case study published
- The agency publishes a case study in this industry. The case study is the agency's own account.
- Independently corroborated
- Evidence from a source outside the agency has been checked by our editors.
What does not count
- Paid sponsorship never purchases verification or labels.
- A claimed profile is not a quality endorsement.
- Google Ads or Meta partner status is not evidence of organic SEO expertise.
- A client logo on a site is not proof of an active relationship.
